Prof. Yury Mazhaisky, the Director General of Meshcher Scientific-Technical Center of Russia, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, was on his visit at the Eco Center. With Prof. Givi Gavardashvili, the Eco Center Director, he discussed the prospects of cooperation between the Eco Center and Meshcher Scientific-Technical Center of Russia. 

On November 17, 2013, Prof. Givi Gavardashvili, the Institute Director and Prof. Yury Mazhaisky signed the Agreement of Cooperation between the Eco Center and Meshcher Scientific-Technical Center of Russia. The Agreement envisages the realization of the exchange programs of young scientific staff, development of joint grant programs and implementation of project arrangements.
