Meeting with the President of International Commission on Irrigation and Drainage (ICID) Dr., Prof. Saeed Nairizi and Prof. Givi Gavardashvili at the 23rd International Congress on Irrigation and Drainage, Mexico City. Theme: Modernizing Irrigation and Drainage for a New Green Revolution. Discussions focused on Georgia's accession to the International Commission on Irrigation and Drainage and on promoting active involvement of state and non-governmental organizations in the development of agricultural business. Also active involvement of young specialists towards the development of scientific and business sectors.
