On June 23, 2020, Shota Rustaveli Georgian National Science Foundation hosted online presentations of the 2019 Applied Research Grant Program - CARYS projects.

Senior Researcher at the Environmental Ecocenter Dr. Natia Gavardashvili presented about the project - "Innovative Measure against Snow Avalanche" - CARYS - 19-305 to the commission consisting of experts from 5 countries.

According to the decision of the experts, the project received a high evaluation and the CARYS - 19-305 grant project received funding from the World Bank for 2020-2021.
